Does a max damage collector's staff that requires 9 inspiration magic and that has +10 energy and some other mods exist? I have looked almost everywhere for one and I cant seem to find it. If anyone knows if one exists and/or knows of its location I would be very, very grateful.

Ok I am having doubts about the item you want but if there is one its most likley in the wilds, ive taken a look at the desert and shiverpeak collectors.

There are no inspiration req collectors staves at all, much less max ones. Domination has max wands, staves, and focuses, and so does illusion, but the only inspiration req items collectors carry are focuses.

Infact, even the 20/20 Green Inspiration Staff has a Dom Req.

Right now, the weapon just doesnt exist.
